More Information (Directions)

The Southeast Ohio Transition Council is a collaborative networking opportunity for professionals serving students with disabilities in the post-secondary transition process which begins at age 14. In addition to the networking opportunities, participants will receive updates and information about hot topics, ODE guidance, and research. The council is open to teachers, administrators, local businesses, agency service providers, parents, and more. The goal of the Council is to build the capacity of those working with transition-age students in order to ensure that each student is challengedprepared, and empowered for his or her future.
