The Marriage of UDL & PBIS:
A Framework to Support the Whole Child
Participants will be able to identify how PBIS
and UDL complement one another and provide
a systematic framework that supports the whole child.
Participants will be able to identify how the UDL guidelines
and the components of PBIS are more similar than different
and support educators in their efforts to be intentional
when striving to meet the needs of each and every learner.
The Power of Questions
in a UDL Environment
Well-crafted questions can invigorate, excite, engage,
and move the thinking of individuals beyond stuck while
reigniting the spark and passion of learning more.
Questions can do more than measure what
students know. Appropriately challenging, engaging,
and effective questions stimulate peer discussion and
encourage students to explore and refine their
understanding of key concepts.
